Joblio privacy notice for Learnio alumni

Effective and last updated: 27 August 2026

This notice supplements Learnio’s general privacy policy and explains the additional processing that occurs when a Learnio student or alumnus joins Joblio through a personal invitation.

Important: Authorized Learnio staff can access the profile and activity information described below. This access is part of the invited alumni service and cannot be disabled within Joblio. Recruiter access is separate and remains off unless you choose to enable it.

Who is responsible for your data?

Learnio is responsible for the alumni-support and reporting uses described in this notice. Privacy questions and data-rights requests can be sent to info@learnio.eu. Learnio’s general policy is available at kosovo.learnio.eu/privacy-policy.

What information is available to Learnio staff?

Why does Learnio use this information?

Learnio uses it to provide alumni career support, follow up on employment progress, understand placement outcomes, improve its training and career services, prepare program and funder reports, and produce aggregated placement metrics. Reports should use aggregated or de-identified information whenever individual identification is not necessary.

Legal basis

Learnio’s general privacy policy describes consent as a basis for processing. You are asked to acknowledge this Joblio-specific processing before creating an invited account. Learnio may rely on another lawful basis where applicable and should communicate any change or additional basis before using the information for a new purpose.

Who receives the information?

Access is limited to authorized Learnio staff and service providers that operate Joblio or its hosting and AI features under appropriate safeguards. Your profile, contact details, or CV are not made available to recruiters merely because Learnio staff can access them. Recruiter visibility, recruiter contact, and CV sharing are separate choices in your profile.

Automated processing

Joblio may use AI to draft profile summaries or extract suggested skills from a CV. You can review and edit those suggestions. Joblio does not use this feature to make a solely automated decision that determines your access to employment or Learnio services.

How long is information kept?

Information is kept while it is needed to provide the alumni service, support placement tracking and reporting, or meet applicable legal obligations. It is then deleted, anonymized, or restricted in accordance with Learnio’s retention practices. Contact Learnio for the retention period applicable to your program or funding arrangement.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, or object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent. Some requests may affect whether Learnio can continue providing the invited service. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.

Changes to this notice

Learnio will update the effective date and provide appropriate notice before material changes take effect.
